The aim of the Cautious Fund is to achieve long-term returns, by a combination of capital growth and income generation, without the level of risk generally associated with a fully-equity based portfolio.

The Fund utilises the full range of permissible investments allowed under the European UCITS III legislation and in addition to the traditional asset classes of equities, fixed interest and cash the portfolio may also be invested in structured deposits, ETF’s and property funds. Typically, no more than 60% of the portfolio will be invested in equities.

This Fund is suitable for risk-adverse investors who are seeking medium term capital growth from a diversified portfolio with limited volatility.
